DJ Solstik | 70s & 80s Throwback 

Solstik founder, Derran Eaddy, M.A., is queued up to DJ a retro set of 1970s and 1980s throwback hits recharged with house and dance beats. As a multi-media creator based in Washington, DC, Solstik performed at such venues as the 9:30 Club, Zeba, and the Kennedy Center. He also dj-ed and organized nonprofit and NGO events for the World Bank/IMF, Narcotics Anonymous, and French Embassy.   

Derran is a former Element Skateboards team rider and dj-ed skatepark events at the House of Vans in Brooklyn, Skate Fest Fairfax, and others. He traveled to all seven continents for his digital photography project, had images featured on Mashable.com, and displayed work in spaces, such as the Touchstone Gallery and Gallery 788.   

As an education advocate, Derran served on the New Mexico Commission on Higher Education and was a Smithsonian Ambassador. More at Solstik.com.
